SCHEDULING | NWOA

The NWOA schedules all of their games using the Reftown scheduling site.
All members of NWOA must have an account profile set up through Reftown in order to be scheduled games. Reftown is also where majority of the associations emails are generated, Officials contacts are securely kept, All tax information is created and paychecks are generated. All Reftown accounts are free to each official.

New Reftown Account Registration Step-by-Step Slideshow

STEP 1

If you are new to Reftown click on the button "No" to proceed.

STEP 2

Input the email address you want to use for this account and "Continue". Note, you will need to have immediate access to this email.

STEP 3

After step 2, Open a new tab and check your email as Reftown will immediately send you an email with an authorization code. Copy this code.

STEP 4

Go back to Reftown and enter the Authorization Code into the box and "Continue".

STEP 5

Click on the button labelled "Official".

STEP 6

Click on the title labelled "NWOA".

STEP 7

Confirm that you clicked NWOA and that we are indeed in Washington.

STEP 8

Fill in all of the required fields and all other information you wish to add. Note, this information is not shared and only certain information is available to NWOA members.

STEP 9

Once you've completed step 8 your registration gets submitted for approval from NWOA. Once it is approved you will receive another email from Reftown with your User Name and Password information to log in.

STEP 10

Check your email and click on the button labelled "Set New Password". This will direct you back to Reftown to set your own password for security.

STEP 11

Enter your new password and confirm it.

STEP 12

You are officially registered now for Reftown and now at the point where you can set your availability and should do so now.

USA Hockey Hockey Youth Officials Scheduling

The NWOA schedules officials for all USA Hockey sanctioned youth games for the Vancouver Rangers Youth Association games played at Mountain View Arena.
All officials officiating youth games must have current USA Hockey Certification, Approved background screening (18+) and Safesport Certification.
